NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Member,
You are invited to attend our annual general meeting on 30th March 2016 at Larry Grant Memorial Oval,
starting at 7pm.

The proposed Agenda for this meeting is:
1 – Minutes of meeting from 2015 AGM presented
2 – Reports, including financial report
3:- Review of the Club’s Constitution and By-Laws
4 – Election for all vacant positions if required
5 – General Business

The Review of the Club’s Constitution and By-Laws will be small adjustments to the written word to update
these documents to fulfil any new law obligations. All proposed changes will be available to download from the
website www.hinchinbrooksports.com.au on 27th March 2016

Any proposed changes, by members, to the Constitution or By-laws must be forwarded in writing, addressed
to The Secretary, Hinchinbrook Sports Club Inc, PO Box 1609, Green Valley NSW 2168.

All correspondence must be received by COB on 23th March 2016 in order to be considered and included in
the Agenda point 3. You may email your proposals, however all these proposals need to be signed so please
contact the President if you wish to use this method. NO late entries will be accepted. Final Agenda and all
related documentation will be available on our website from 27th March 2016.

Reminder: all outstanding fees must be paid no later than 48 hours before the AGM in order for members to
able to exercise their voting rights. As per Article 32.5 a member is not entitled to vote at any general meeting
or special general meeting until the second AGM after becoming a member.
