In accordance with our constitution…Hinchinbrook Sports Club would like to hereby give notice of our Annual General Meeting scheduled for 7:30pm on Wednesday 6th March 2019.

This will be held at Larry Grant Memorial Oval; all members are welcome to attend. (Only fully paid members are able to vote)

If you wish to propose amendments to our Constitution or By-Laws; please submit your suggestions in writing by Midnight 22nd February 2019. ( Documents are available to view at your convenience – https://www.hinchinbrooksports.com.au/club-resources.html )

The club will be looking for volunteers to fill the following Committee Roles:
Club Registrar
Club Vice-President
Club Secretary
