In accordance with our constitution…Hinchinbrook Sports Club would like to hereby give notice of our Annual General Meeting scheduled for 7:30pm on Monday 26th March 2018.

This will be held at Larry Grant Memorial Oval; all members are welcome to attend.

The club will be accepting Nominations for positions listed:

President
Treasurer
Assistant Treasurer
Assistant Secretary
Media Officer
Canteen Supervisor
Fundraising co-ordinator
Groundsman and
Special Events Committee

If you wish to be nominated for any of these roles then please complete our club Nomination Form ( Forms available on Website or Team App ) and get 2 members to second your nomination.
(Nominations close by Midnight 18th March 2018)

If you wish to propose amendments to our Constitution or By-Laws; please submit your suggestions in writing by Midnight 18th March 2018.
