To Parents & Players,

Hinchinbrook Sports Club would like to take this opportunity to “Thank you” all for being part of season 2016. We wish to invite all our members and their extended family to join us as we celebrate a great year. We have decided to celebrate our annual Presentation Day on Sunday 11th September; hosted @ The Uruguayan Club, Hinchinbrook.

What to expect on the day:
The day will commence at 11am were all teams will be welcomed and entertained before our Non-Competitive teams (Ages 5 – 11yrs) are invited up on stage to receive their Participation Trophies.
A break about 1 pm for Lunch to be served to all age groups; with a selection of great food for you to enjoy…followed then by our Competitive teams (Ages 12 – 35+ yrs) who will get their moment in the spotlight.

What food will be available?
Your options include…Spring rolls, Fish piece, Potato wedges, Grilled Beef Asado (Ribs), Charcoal slow cooked Chicken pieces, Flame cooked Chorizo’s with Fresh Cold Salads and Dinner rolls. (A wide variety for all to enjoy)

How much will it Cost?
All registered players (Except Over 35 players) Free Entry
Individuals 13yrs and over (Adults Price) $25.00
Individuals 3 – 12yrs (Child Price) $10.00
Infants under 3yrs (Doesn’t receive their own meal) Free Entry

How do I book tickets?
We politely ask that you book your tickets in advance; we have setup an online booking forum for you to advise us of your numbers wishing to attend and pay for your tickets.
Online Transactions are via Card only; if you wish to pay cash then you can meet us @ The Uruguayan Club on the following dates:
Tuesday 30th August or Thursday 1st September (between 7:00 until 8:30PM).

(LEGAL STUFF – Due to the venue being a LICENCED CLUB all attending persons UNDER 18yrs MUST be accompanied by an Adult or Guardian who is OVER 18yrs)
